I have over 10 years of experience as a Senior Multimedia Specialist and Learning Experience Designer. My focus is on creating content and designing instruction that makes technology easy to understand. I help global brands explain complex technical ideas in simple, engaging ways so people can learn and take action.
At Visa, I serve as the Manager of Learning & Multimedia for Visa Direct. I design digital learning experiences for technology and sales teams, focusing on content that is both engaging and scalable. I combine instructional design with advanced motion graphics, animation, and AI-powered tools to translate fast-evolving topics into compelling stories.
