THE PROJECT

I was approached by Brickhouse Fitness in Minnesota and Truman State University in Missouri to come onsite to create promotional video content. Both campaigns were intended to create hype and awareness of the institutions.

MY ROLE

For both projects I was the sole videographer and editor. I had assistance coordinating the production days and participants featured. Since the turn-around was extremely tight, I did not have the time to scout the areas. Instead, I had to decide on what to capture on the fly.

SHARING THE EXPERIENCE

For both businesses, I wanted the viewer to have a well rounded idea of what it may be like to visit these businesses. For Brickhouse Fitness, I was showing the equipment in action and the training classes offered and for Truman State, viewers are given a glimpse into a day in the life for a student on campus.

Both commercials were visually driven. I wanted to do this so that language wouldn’t restrict a viewers experience.
